Barguna was a sub-division during the east pakistan in 1969.At that time barguna was undeveloped in education.At that time local educated person Aswini kumar samadder & his four sons,Abdul owahed mia and some other educated persons stablished the schoolin 01-01-1969.The name of this School is Barguna D.K.P secondary School.It is Two storeyed building.It is 160 feet long and 20 feet broad.
