KARAITALA SONAKHALI GAGON SECONDARY SCHOOL.

Barguna was a sub division durintg the east pakistan. At that time Barguna was undeveloped in education and civilization.The people of Karaitala,Sonakhali and nearby areas were depended of the light of education. Communication system was also undeveloped.Thinkintg to widen education among the children and to expand it in such inhabitable areas,Late Shamsul haque Hawlader S/o Late Gagom Ali Hawlader decided to set up a high school named after his father finaly discussing with local renowned and respected persons he alone founded "Karaitala Sonakhali Gagon Memorial Secondary School " on 1st January 1970.This dauntless tireless and generous heart donated 3.04 acresof land in the name of the school. The school received its first recognisation on 1st January 1971 from Jessor Board. The school is situated at the subarb of Barguna town and is being functioned by the direct direction of skillful managing committe and experienced teachers.
