Kazirhat High School

Kazirhat High School is one of the best school in Betagi Upzila under the district of Barguna . It was founded in 1973 as junior High school with few students by Syed Golam Ashad and local allied . The first Headmaster of the school was late Mr. Shajan Miah. In 1975 it was recognized as junior High school by the deputy director of public instructions , Barisal. From they it was recognized running as junior high school . In 1989 it was again recognized as non- govt. secondary high school by the board of intermediate and secondary education Jessore by the leading of the new Headmaster, M.D. Abdul Kader Sikder . At the beginning of the school it was a tin shed school . But now it is one storied building with a semi pacca house in its own land. It is situated by the side of the Barguna-Betagi- Bakergonj Maha sarak with a very beautiful surroundings, having a good hygienic and sanitary condition . At present it is one of the renowned schools in the district.
