Shaluka High School is in the village of Charkhanom at Barisal sadar upzilla under the district of Barisal.A road and a river runs beside the School. This school was funded by Sayed Alomgir hossain and doneted by Abdul Hafiz sikder on January 2,1991.The first Headmaster of this school was Md.Fazlul Haque and the first join teachers was Rebeka khanom ,Md.Answer Ali . At present there are about 268 students and 5 teachers in this school. There are a building and a tin-shed about 8 rooms in this school .The results of SSC and JSC exams of this school are always satisfactory.This school is an ideal school . So we are proud of this school .
