Palaspur (ex. Amanathgonj area) 5 (five) number word of barisal city corporation is a region of river eroson and is land. Eiqhty parcent people of this area are day laborer. The area is surrounded by eight colonies and the most in labitants are slum dwellers. It is most populous area in the barisal city corporation. Two way roads are situated beside the school and it is linked by many lanes. A big canal is situated to the 50 yards east of the school and the historical kirtonkhola river is 280 yards east from the school. There was no secondary level school in this area before establishing this school. In this situation some educated persons of this locality came forward to establish this school to educate the deprived children of this area and they requested our honorable M.P Advocate Mozibor rahman sarwar who is the 5 (five) times elected honorable M P of our constitution and 1st honourable mayor of BCC. He purchased 75 decimol land by his own fund and took necessary steps to establish this school to educate the deprived children of this area. On the 1st January 2000 in an auspicious moment advocate Mozibor Rahman Sawar opened the foundation of this school. Mr. Abdus Salam is the honorable founder Headmaster of the school and still he is continuing his service in this school and under his supervision this school is running with reputation and credit. Already the students of this school appeared in the SSC Examination in 2006, 2007, 2008 & 2009 and They come out successful. But it is a matter of great sorrow, that, though the school got academic recognition it in still out of MPO. The honorable founder himself is bearing all the expenses including partial allowances of teachers and employees.
