School Tinsheed Building

Darichar Khajuria Secondary School was established in 1968. The school is one of the most renowned schools in the Mehendigonj Upazilla. The founder of the school was Mr. Alfaz Uddin Howlader, Besides Mr. Amirul Islam (Naya), Advocate Abdul Khalek Bhuyan, Mr. Habibur Rahman, Abul Kashem Mridha and other local elite played an important role to build the school. Darichar Khajuria Secondary School was named after the name of Darichar Khajuria Union. Mr. Amirul Islam (Naya) was the founder Head Teacher of the school. The school exists till today inspite of several violent natural disasters and grivious river eroson and for this, it was shifted to new safe places for several times. Facing all kinds of obstacles. It has been able to hold its academic results every year. For this reason, is different from most of the institutions of its surroundings.
