With a view to educating the children of the people living in this undeveloped area this institution was established in 1988 by the ABDUL JABBAR MIA WAKFO STATE. This institution is different from other institution for its establishment will today. So the present government has declared it as a "Model Secondary School" under 306 Model Project in this Upazila.
