The school was established in 1952 as a junior school. But it was fully damaged by the destractive cyclone flown over south easturn of Bangladesh in 1970 and all the documents were lost by the flowing water. Next it was re-established as a secondary schoolin 1994 and acheived academic ricognition in 1996.
