Welcome to Galua S.K. Girls’ High School History: This institution was known as Galua Junior Madrasha from 01-01-1941 to 31-12-1946.The name of Junior Madrash changed in 01-01-1947 and recognized as a Galua Junior Girls’ High School for two years. The institution got Academic permission for class-ix in the Ist January 1969 and got first permission for the S.S.C examination from 01-01-1970. Then the institution got a permanent recognition for Science group in 01-01-1990, computer in 03-08-2005 and Business studies in 01-01-2009.The name of tish institution is known as Galua S.K. Girls’ High School after the name of the wife of the then S.D.E.O of Bakergonj.The name of the founder of this institution is Principal(retired) Late Kazi Ayab Ali Shaheb.
