The College was founded by Md. Ahoshan Cabir chan on September 9, 1997 With only 92 Students. From 1998 the college was directed under Goverment management as Rangabali college. In august 20, 1998 the Goverment was bound to declare the college as Non-goverment college. The First principal of the College was Md. Abdur Razzak and the present Acting Principal is Md. Tariqul Hassan. After the establishment of this College both mail and femail education have been increased by leaps and bounds here. people of this aria have got the light of education only for this college. Now it has two three-storied buildings, one tin-shed building a big play ground and a Lake. At present, there are 15 Teacher and 494 student in this college. The student do outstanding performences in all public Exams. It obtained 16th place in HSC Result held in 2011. considering all these, the college is a unique one from other colleges of this area.
