Taltali High School & College is one of the famous school in Barguna district. It was stablished in 1969 and situated at the center of newly stablished Taltali Upzilla Sadar. Those who gave hard labour at the time of its stabilshments were (1) U-chandu Talukder, Maung Ching Talukder, Md. Ansarul Alam, Md. Motahar Hossain, Ex. D.D. A.K.M. Kamruzzaman and Ex. H.M Md. Abul Kashem also extended thier helping hands to develope the condition of presnet school building. S.S.C exam center has been set up since 1993. About eight hundreds students including Rakhain children are reading together in this school peacefully.
