History: Dema, Gulishakghali villages of Badarkhali Union under Barguna Sadar Upazilla are back from education. For this reason Md. Syed Ahmed thinks how kind to set-up a high school to developed education and he discusses some honourable person and they decision Md. Hakim Ali Dofader donation 1.00 acre, Gazi Arshed Ali gives 50,000.00 tk. So Hakimia add with the name of school, Gazi Arshed Ali becomes founder member and Md. Syed Ahmed becomes founder Headmaster. Md. Fazlul Haque Talukder, Ali Ahmed, Abdul Jabbar Dofader, Md. Shahjahan Miah and teachers are taking a important role to established this institute. Dema Gulishakhali Hakimia Junior High School recognized 01-01-1985 and including MPO on 01.06.1986. Then Mr. Gazi Shakhawat Hossain donation 0.50 acre land and start secondary school 01.01.1987. It recognized from 01-01-1993 and including MPO from 01.01.1997. The result of SSC and JSC examination of this school are very satisfactory. It’s 10 km far from Barguna Sadar Upazilla headquarters.
