Ratna Amin Mohila college is on of the best college at Bakergonj Upazilla. It has long historical back ground. Every year, more then five hundred girl students pass in the s.s.c Examination from many secendary schools and Madrashaes of Bakergonj Upazilla Sador. Most of the students could not continue their study becouse there was no women's college. Common people of this area realized to establish a women's college in the central place of Bakergonj Paurashava to remove all the educational problems. From this realization, "Bakergonj Mohila College" was established in 1993 at Bakergonj Paurashava. Next time, according to Govt. act "Bakergonj Mohila College" has been renamed to be " Ratna Amin Mohila College" and is running this college successfully at present.
