Welcome to U. B. C. SECONDARY SCHOOL
U.B.C.Secondary School is one of the oldest educational institutions at Bisharkandi Union under Banaripara Upazilla in the district of Barisal.It was first founded as a junior high school in 1949.With a view to spreading education in this remote area of Banaripara, Modassher Molla and Mofiz Molla played the pioneer role in establishing the school.
In 1980 this school received recognition from the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education,Jessore, as a secondary school.Abu Jafar Mia was the first Headmaster of U.B.C. secondary school.Abdul Kader Talukder was the founder of this school.Many other persons interested in education of this locality contributed much.At present it is one of the best schools in Banaripara.
