The Full meaning Of A. R.S is Alekanda, Rupatali, Sagordi. Once there were no Girls' School at the mentioned above places. These areas were lag behind in women education. In order to impart education among the women of these localities, some educated persons of these localities steps to establish this school. Among them, the honorable members of the Kishore Maslis club, Barisal took the leadership on the 13 January 1971 in an auspicious moment the foundation of the school was inaugurated. The land area of the school is 0.80 acre. At first the classes were held in a tinshed house. Now it has turned into three storied modern buildings. Now it is on the top among the Non- government girls’ school of Barisal City Corporation. Here it prevails calm and quiet atmosphere of education for the girls. This School is different from others because the students of this school are more secure and the staffs of this school are dedicated and carrier oriented. Every year the result of J. S.C and S. S. C examination is very attractive. It is free from eve-teasing. Our S.M.C and PTA are more alert. And above all our school is well protected for the secure of the girls.
