There was no educanal institution in this area before 1928. At that period some educational interested persons leaded by Sayed Badruddoza Chowdhuri established an educational institution named M. E. school at Sayedergaon for removing the darkness of ignorance and enlighting the people of this locality by the sprit of education. There is no doccumentary record about the continuity of that school but most probably once upon a time that school was stopped for the lake of proper management. In 1968 the school started again at Sreemoti renamed as Sayedergaon Jonior School and stablished as Sayedergaon Secondary School in 1971. Why this school is different from another institutions: SAyedergaon Secondary School is one of the oldest traditional institutions in Muladi upazilla. This school ensures proper educational environment for the students. It is a two storied building. It has charming natural sight, a big playground for sports,well communication system, good results in jsc and ssc, advenced sanitation system, supply of pure drinking water, well deccoreted class rooms, electricity and internet connection,computerisd office management, regular weekly and monthly class test, progressive reports fpr the students, qualified trained teachers, regular co-curicular activities, scouting,red cricent programs.
