The people of kachia and Tobgi Union at Borhanuddin Upazilla in Bhola District have been depriving from higher secondary Education since after the Independence of Bangladesh considering this situation and the demand of the people of these two Union the funder and principal Md. Farhad Hossain Established the College named Kachia Tobgi Easin Para (E.P) college on his own 3.00 acre land with the financial and councelling help of ex-commerce and Inderstry Minister Mr. Tofael Ahmed on 2001 under the Ameamilegne Gorvernment. The people of the two Union also helped fincially and physically to Establish the college heartily. They also demanded and took TK.-4,00000/-donation from the ex-minister Mr.Tofael Ahmed and much money from the other people. At present the Institution consists of a principal, ten lecturers, one physical teacher, one assistant librarian, Two office assistant and four MLSS approximately. 250 students are studying in the institution now. We hope our college will come to light as an ideal academic Institution for the overty stricken people of the Upazilla.
