In 1995 Rasulpur College was established at Shashibhussion, a backward coastral of area under charfassion upazila in the District of Bhola. By the actived initiative of the local elites, educationist, politicians and people for the development of higher educatuin of the new genaration of students of the souther coastal areas of Bangladesh. That time there was no college in two P.S.e.g. Shashibhussion and South aicha.
