Dularhat, one of the neglected locality of the coastal island Bhola. Famous educationist Late.Arab Ali Master came forward to develop this educationally backward and superstitious area. He founded Dularhat High School in 1963 and became the headmaster. He established several high schools and madrasahs in Charfashion. In spite of developing secondary education, 90% of the students remained deprived of higher education for want of a college in Dularhat. After thinking over this problem, Arab Ali Master established Dularhat Adarsha College in 1993 with the help of local people and became the founder Principal of this college. The college had been being governed with fame through his efficient management and promoted to Degree College in 1997. Educationist Arab Ali Master retired from his job on 31/12/2007 and died on 26/012008. At present, his quite competent successor, social worker A.K.M. Shahe Alam (M.A, M.Phil) Joined as Principal of this college on 19/04/2012.
