Welcome to CHAMTA B. K. UNION SECONDARY SCHOOL
Chamta B.K Union High School is in the village of Darkhi. It is situated in
the three vital Union Basanda, Kewra and kritipasa at Jhalakati sadar
Upazila in Jhalakati district.The area was fully undeveloped and the
inhabitants were illiterate in a great percentage.The ignorance was
increasing day by day.Then the founder of the school Mr.Abdul Malek
Talukder felt the necessity of building an educational institution to
import the light of education to the illiterate downtrodden and
superstitious people of this area,and to lead themselves on the way for
massive development.
Though much sacrifice,endurance and laboring hard he established this
school in 1944AD.At present his super qualified younger son Mr.Nasir
Uddin Talukder is administering the school with proper skill as a
chairman of the school managing committee.
Now the institution is going forwards by its name and fame.
