WELCOME TO BARAIYA SECONDARY SCHOOL
The School name of Baraiya Secondary School. It stands in the middle place of Baraiya Union Parisad, in the Village of Baraiya, P.O.- Palot, Upzila- Rajapur, Dist.- Jhalakati. As there was no any educational institute in this locality the Late. Dr. Mokiesur Rahman in colaboration with the people in establised a Junior School with a view focuxing the light of knowledge. It gat recognition for the Junior level in 1952 and for the secondary level in 1972. The standard of teaching and the rusult of J.S.C and S.S.C examination of the school is quite satisfactory. The school is being run with the govt. contribution till now. It is recognised for the student of class six to ten by the goverment. There are 15 rooms in this school which 09 are for the class, 01 for the Headmasret, 01 for the Teachers, 02 for the science laboratary and one computer room. There is a play ground in front of the school.
