Welcome to Kismothpur Delwer Hossain College Historical background of Kismothpur Delwer Hossain College- Mr. Delwer Hossain, man of Kismothpur, Mizagonj. Founded Kismothpur Delwer Hossain College on 16th March in 1999. Because of having no chance to receive higher education from long distance of Rural poor student specially girl students. He founded the college at the eastern side of “Barguna-Bakhergonj-Barisal” Highway. He wants to spread higher education among the poor villagers. The college Was firstly permitted for admitting Intermediate first year in Arts, Commerce & Science group by Secondary & Higher Secondary board of Jessore in 2000-2001 Academic year. The academic activities of the institution were started at 2000-2001 academic year in the 118 new students of class XI. At first Mr. Delwer Hossain Perform his sinecure duty to establish the college as a founder principal. At first the college recognition got the institution in the year of 2003 and have included the MPO list in 2004. At present the teaching standard of this college is highly satisfactory. Public Examination result of the college of previous years are also satisfactory. The college have stood first according to the percentage of HSC Exam. in 2013 in this Upozilla. Present manpower status of the is flowing. Teachers 15 other staff 10 total staff 25 in number and 375 students. Now it has become a reputed college in the Upozilla.
