Keundia Shahid Smriti Girls High School is situated under pirojpur district in Kaukhali, P.S. The schools bear a long history on the way of establishment. A group of freedom fighters arranged a meeting just after the liberation war to re-decorate the village. AT one point a proposal was greeted for establish a Girls’ high school on the memory of the martyred freed fighters. Keundia Shikhhya Mazlish the registered club of Keundia came forward to fund and organize the school. Thus in 1972 the school started to function its activities. Since then the school in going on in full swing. Now the school running systematically follows the rules of the govt.
