The historical Manahorpur Secondary School was founded by Manahorpur padmadubi local public on January first 1985 with only 27 students. Then the name of school was Manahorpur Secondary School. The first Headmaster was Md. Mozammel Haque and the first teacher Babu Narayan Chandra Mazumder. For all students and teachers communication is by boat. In 1985 the school started one shift. Currently his regarded as the best school of the Rural are of Pirojpur district in Bangladesh.
