Especially, the women of Daulatkhan Upazila, under the district of Bhola are deprived of higher education. Many people are impoverished due to river erosion. Besides; most of the guardians are not willing to admit their daughters to higher education after completing the S.S.C exam because, there is no another women college. Mr. Amirul Islam is a renowned person, founded Daulatkhan women college with a view to educating the girls. Mr. Zabir Hasnain is the founder principal of the college. Previously, someone tried to establish a women college in that place, but if was not possible. Now the college is being managed properly.
