Premher High School was established in 1988 at half kilometer north side of shaitpakia bus stand , Jhalakati , Barisal Highway and 5 kilometer from Nalchity Upozilla .It was established by the help of local people , leading of A. Malek Jomaddar and A. Salam Sharif . It was established for improve the education of rural poor people .It was recognized as a junior school in 1991 by DDPI Barisal and High School in 2002 by BISE Barisal. This school is difference form others because its public exam result is the best of all the the school of the upazilla. This school acquired 3rd place of top ten in BISE Barisal in 2007. The environment of this school is very charming. At present JSC and SSC public exam take place in this school.
