Bakulness Mohila Degree College is one of the best womens college in Barguna distric. The College has a long historical background. The college was founded by Mr. Alhaz Makbul Ahamed on January 01, 1999 withv 12 teachers & 145 students. The college was named according to founders mothers name ”BAKULNESSA”. The first Pricipal of the college was Founder Mr. Alhaz Makbul Ahamed.The college is abrick-built house. In May/2004, Government of Bangladesh has given the monthly payment order (MPO)of the college. There is large open space behind the college building. There are some coconut trees and a flower garden in the college compound which is copletely wailed-off. At present there are 25 teachers and 600 students in this college. The result of this college is commendable. Considering all these, the college is a unique one.
